Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account info: when you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile picture. We never see your Google password.
• Usage data: the product links you analyze, your analysis inputs (cost, resell price, marketplace), and how many analyses you run (used to enforce plan quotas).
• Payment data: handled entirely by our payment provider. We never receive or store your card details.

2. How we use it

• To operate the Service: authenticate you, fetch product data you request, generate analyses, and enforce plan limits.
• To improve the Service and prevent abuse.
• We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising.

3. Third-party processors

To provide the Service, your data passes through: Google (sign-in), Netlify (website hosting), Render (backend hosting), ScraperAPI (fetching public product pages you request), Anthropic (AI analysis generation), and our payment provider (billing). Each processes only what's needed for its function.

4. Data retention

Account and usage records are kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us, and we will remove it within 30 days except where retention is legally required (e.g. billing records).

5. Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking cookies or third-party ad trackers.

6. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Updates to this policy will be posted here with a new date.

Early Access & Email Data

• Early access emails: when you join our early access list for subscription discounts, we collect and store your email address in our database (Supabase). This email is used only to send you launch announcements and discount codes.
• Email retention: we retain emails until you request deletion or unsubscribe.

User Tracking & Analytics

• Sign-in tracking: we record when you sign in and how many times you've accessed the app.
• Analysis tracking: we count how many product analyses you run (to enforce plan quotas) and track which marketplaces you select.
• Data retention: this tracking data persists in Supabase, our database provider.

Data We Don't Collect

• We do NOT store individual product analysis results permanently.
• We do NOT sell or share your data with third parties.
